Return Window We accept returns on non‑custom, physical items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Condition for Return Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use beyond inspection.
Return Shipping Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, in which case we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label. .
Damaged Items If your order arrives damage contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping. .
Refund Processing Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. It may take additional time for your bank to post the credit.
